Seeing a doctor?: Many things can cause LUQ abdominal pain. How high is the WBC? Various causes of pain can be abdominal muscle injury, gastritis, stomach ulcer, pancreatitis, kidney stone, kidney infection, constipation, etc. Needs a complete physical exam and medical history.
