A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possible IBS : Steatorrhea may be due to your diet. The intestine has a capacity to absorb fat, and if overwhelmed, you will have steatorrhea. Pain on the left side is on the opposite side of where the gall bladder is. Assuming you have a negative H pylori test, your symptoms may represent irritable bowel syndrome and can get better with treatment.
