A member asked:

What would be the best time to get rid of an angiom? my daughter was born with one and she is 4 now... thank you

A doctor has provided 1 answer

8-10 years old: It depends upon the size and characteristics but most hemangiomas resolve on their own by the time the child is 10 years old. If it is not resolving or if it is very extensive doctors may decide to treat it earlier.
