RSV: Mostly it will just take time. At this young age there really are no medications to give. As she grows her bronchioles will expand and the raspiness diminish. Tincture of time. This is what is needed. She will be fine.

Will outgrow RSV: In time, most children with RSV outgrow it and have no symptoms. A small percentage develop asthma. I recommend using a humidifier at home.
