Allegic shiners: Your dark circles may be due to allergies. Those circles are known as allergic shiners, because of stagnated blood shimmering through your fine skin. See an allergist for evaluation and possible treatment. Your daughter shouldnt be affected if you can determine what the causative allergens are.
