Keeping anxiety a: secret can make you more anxious. Everyone has vulnerabilities and if your partner cares she will understand, maybe even tells you what makes her anxious. An aspect of this may be cultural. i.e., men are not supposed to be anxious. I'v seen many professionally who are, even big shot corporate types and other professionals. Peace and good health.

Take baby steps.: You don't have to share everything. Take baby steps. Also - don't dump a big emotional load on your partner. You can see providers for that. A counselor, therapist, clinical social worker, psychologist, pastoral counselor, primary care doctor or psychiatrist are just a few options.
