Hmmm.: White blood cells in urine may be due to a variety of causes only one of which is infection. Sometimes they are incidental. In a woman your age, infection is generally heralded by urgency, frequency and burning with urination. In the absence of these symptoms it is unlikely that you are infected and antibiotics may not have been necessary. talk to your doc or get another opinion on your urine
