Constipation: Increase your intake of fluids and foods rich in fiber. Take a daily non toxic laxative, not excreted in breast mild until the problem is resolved. Some pain pills will make it worse. It is not related to breast feeding. All the best.

Water and veggies : Drink a tall glass of water each time you sit down to breastfeed. Eat lots of salads with veggies. If this is not enough, ask your ob for a stool softener or use mineral oil Otc, one tablespoon daily. Congrats on breastfeeding your baby!
