Don't recommend: to get best control of DM you must watch your diet and take pills or insulin prescribed by your doctor... So far thise give best results

No it is not and: It is not indicted or helpful in treatment of Diabetes Melitus As a matter of fact it is Toxic for the kidneys and can cause Nephrogenic Diabetes Insipidus which is a different condition
