Yes: Yes, you will probably gain weight if you eat everything that,you want,whenever you want. However, you can sometimes eat,what you want and should or you won't be able to maintain over time. I would also look at how many calories you think you should be eating given your age and activity. Finally, I would take a look at,what,you consider to be a healthy weight .

Yes: you will need a balance program of exercise and appropriate diet. Your physician can help you get the information and the counseling to have you do this in the correct fashion. Some of how you do very much depends on your own physical status, your exercise program and your genetics
