See doctor: make sure to get US of your legs ASAP to check for blood clots, if negative it could be varicose vein, or other arterial or venous issues. May need to use compression stockings. See doctor to rule out DVT

Popliteal swelling: While this might be something relatively benign, like a bakers cyst, it could also be something serious like a blood clot. I am not sure of the relation of the popliteal swelling to the dizziness and fatigue. Please go to your nearest ER or at least Urgent Care for this constellation of symptoms if you cannot see your regular doctor today.
