You could be experiencing a biomechanical problem. Your muscles could be tight that cross the joint. Your Achilles tendon , gastrocnemius, and Solias muscle need stretching. Your hamstring muscles can also be tight. This could cause swelling with pressure to Tibial nerve causing your tingling sensations. A structured stretching program will help. Physical therapist or physiatrist.
