I take 25mg zoloft for anxiety. i am a recovering opiate addict. heard wellbutrin (bupropion) could help, also take adderall (add) & suboxone. dr likes zoloft. ?

You are OK: Zoloft is mild and a low dose wan't interfere with your other drugs nor damage your liver. Wellbutrin (bupropion) is a bit more complex, sometimes when added to Aderall , it can become too activating and produce even more anxiety.
Let it be as it is and explore other routes towards serenity. like Yoga, or meditation.

Discuss your ideas : with your prescriber. More than one med may work equally well for you. Your doctor may feel more comfortable adjusting up your starting dose of sertraline before trying a new med. Remember that recovery is a team effort, one day at a time.
