Drug interactions: wellbutrin, (bupropion) Adderall ,Zoloft and other psychopharmacology drugs individually may cause the symptoms you are describing. When taken together there is a synergistic effect and can be very dangerous. (Serotonin syndrome , NMS,Malignant Catatonia, Malignant Hyperthermia, fever) etc. these syndromes are very rare but are possible. I'm not saying you have any of these but your meds need to be adjusted.
