Diabetes: A1c is in diabetes range. A very common complication of diabetes is fatty liver that can cause very mild elevation of liver enzymes. Short of that, anything else is possible. Would still recommend repeating the liver enzymes, AST and ALT, avoiding alcohol and any OTC meds in the interim, specifically acetaminophen.
