No, she's good: It is normal for O2 (oxygen saturation) to be lower when a person is sleeping. Your daughter O2 levels are in a very good range in spite of her problem. O2 range from 92-96 is adequate while she is sleeping. Supplemental oxygen at night is usually not indicated as long as O2 does not repeatedly drop below 90%.
