See answer: Many mothers report that their babies were "sweaters": after eating, while sleeping, during pooping, etc. Most often a normal variation just like in adults. Rarely a sign of some underling problem especially if baby otherwise is healthy with no other symptoms and well-baby checks are normal. Of course, important to make sure that the baby is not overdressed and too warm as the cause of his sweatng.
