Oxygen levels while awake: 98-99%. lastnight i kept jolting awake from sleep & checking my levels & its been as low as 88% for seconds. normally okay. but i have a cold/viral just now. covid maybe? not tested. are these low levels safe while sleeping?

Sleep apnea is one of the leading causes of your type of symptoms. Pl get checked for that. It is not from Covid and is not normal
