A member asked:

So does the tele psychiatry mean you can prescribe meds for pre-ddx'ed adhd, gad, social phobia?

Doubt it: You mention various problems that may be amenable to some tele-medicine interventions but prescribing medications falls within the control of the various state boards of medical practice. In my state, the board of medicine can pull my license if I prescribe any medication without documentation of a physical exam, vital signs, and documentation of need. That would require a hands on visit.

No: Medications used for ADHD are schedule II, controlled medications. This requires that prescription can only be made to an actual patient who has been examined to be sure the medicaion is appropriate. ADHD, and anxiety medicationsrequire a prescription from a doctor to an actual patient. A tele psych could consult to your doctor, who could then prescribe the medicines.
