Neuropathy: Iron deficiency can cause symptoms such as general fatigue,weakness,shortness of breath,pale skin,dizziness, strange cravings for non-food items, such as dirt, ice, and clay.swelling or soreness of the tongue and also tingling or a crawling feeling in the legs.Deficiency of B vitamins can cause neuropathy as well. Let your doctor know about this symptom .
