What should be the size of left ventricle and brain of 21 week fetus?

Please clarify: This is a little different of a question. Can you clarify whether you are referring to the left ventricle of the heart and the entire size of the brain (as in volume, weight, or some other measure?). Or are you asking about the size of the left ventricle of the brain? And why only the left ventricle and not the right?
