No: Usually prescription are only valid in their respective country of origin. In Australia, you would need a US prescription to be endorsed by a registered Australian physician before it could be taken to an Australian chemist.

No: You can’t have it filled in Australia. However you could use it at an online U.S pharmacy and have them mailed to family friends, then they can mail it to you in Australia. Or take it to an Australian Physician and they can rewrite it for you.
