What is the i deal weight for a 5ft 5 australian female aged 22 years old? is bmi a good measure to rely on?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Can't tell, but...: A starting point is 130 lbs. A lot depends on a person's body build. Some are naturally very thin, others thick or big-boned, but most people are somewhere in between. "Australian" is a location, so that doesn't help either, as many different types of bodies are in Australia. BMI is helpful if a person is of average musculature. If very muscular, a perfectly fine person will have a high BMI.
