Just a doctor: Your doctor can prescribe the medications possibly for the year. I would ask him/her. Otherwise you would have to establish a doctor here in the US if needed. Check with your doctor as ADHD medicines are usually controlled and they do not recommend 9 month supplies.

Medical records of: your initial evaluation & either your treatment records or a synopsis from your doctor. If you're staying in one place, it would be good for your doctor to contact a psychiatrist in that area for continuity of care, as there is often a wait. Some Quick-Care physicians will write a month's worth of meds if you have records, but the Rx. must be re-written monthly.
