Why do you ask?: I'm not a plastic surgeon, so I can't speak on the IF of such a procedure, nor its risks and benefits. For my patients seeking cosmetic surgery, I ask: WHY do you want this? What did you try already; why did it "fail"? OK if you were determined unsuitable, or had to cope with poor outcome? If successful outcome would you really be satisfied? The IF is the iceberg tip; the WHY is the real iceberg.
