See treating dentist: Best to see original orthodontist, if not possible, a general dentist can recement the retainer. Teeth should should not move very much, but don't delay.

No worries: See your orthodontist. Once your orthodontist places a new permanent retainer in, you won't need to worry about losing it or not wearing for another 10 years. Take care.
