Complex breast cyst: Most breast cysts are benign. Your doctor can decide if a stereotactic needle biopsy is needed.

Complex cystic: masses are characterized as "suspicious"(BIRADS category 4).The chance of malignancy is 3-95%. Admittedly this is a huge range, and more details would be necessary to determine where along the spectrum your lesion is.If it is mostly cystic it is probably of lower suspicion but may still need biopsy, most easily done with ultrasound guided needle bx.Probably there is about 90% chance it is benign.
