Rt Arm Pain & Weak: Sometimes pathology in your neck can cause symptoms like this out of the blue (disc bulges or protrusions). Stenosis (narrowing around the nerves) can do this but usually see this in much older patients. Nerves that appear to be involved in your hand are C6, C7, & C8. If you meant shoulder joint down, then C5 may be an issue too. UCC or ER can prescribe Medrol (methylprednisolone) dose pack. See if arm gets going.
