Go back: Go back to see your Dentist. You may need additional enamel-plasty, veneers, orthodontic realignment, crowns, etc. Cost of treatment varies by procedure, area of country, skill of the practitioner, extent of the the damage, etc. Your Dentist, who knows you best, can give you best cost ranges. As it is upper front tooth you may want to get 2nd opinion from a Prosthodontist.
