Do you exercise?: Try targeted abdominal exercises such as crunches, russian twists, planks, etc/ Be consistent and do your workouts 3-4 times per week. Concentrate on techniquie, rather than speed and number of sets done and you won't have to spend hours in the gym to get the results you desire
