Sinus: The fact that your lip, nose and cheek on the left side suggests a left maxillary sinus blockage due to changes in air pressure. The affected nerve is the inferior orbital nerve. To ensure there is no other pathology present, see an ENT doc who will examine your and obtain xrays of the area.
