Doubtful: The numbness on your maxillary teeth is due to the sinus pressure from your congestion, and will pass after you start feeling better. Regarding the "lump" on your head, please have it examined by your physician.

Cancer: Unless you are a heavy smoker, or abuse alcohol, chances of cancer infantessinably small. Nose congestion & upper teeth numbness probably from maxillary sinus infection. Lump on back of head from cyst, insect bite, ingrown hair, trauma? See your General Physician for differential diagnosis and treatment based on that diagnosis.
