A member asked:

Aside from stretching, what's a good way to prevent pain after exercise, or weight training?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Moderate exercise: Pain in the muscles after exercise to some extent is normal. However, if the pain is more than a stiffness or a discomfort then you are probably overdoing it. So, moderate the exercise level until your muscles get appropriately conditioned. Also, rest between workouts is important to allow for muscle recovery.
