Ask your PT or onlin: You can go on line and find a trainor or physical therapist who can put you through acl prevention programme which was created by santa monica orthpedic and sport medicine foundation the programme involves 15 minutes training session and trains avoiding vulnerable positions increase flexibility increase strength, proprioception plyometric exercises 2-3 times a week.
