Prper diet/Exercise: As you get older your metabolism slows down and if you don't do anything about it you will gain weight. The only way you can prevent it is by proper nutrition and exercise. You have to reduce total calories and eliminate simple sugars like glucose, fructose and sucrose, avoid sodas, and consume fats in moderation.
