Possibly: Unilateral nasal congestion could be related to infection. Could also be structural related to, for example, mucocele or nasal polyp. Depending on the duration, it may be time to have it examined and rhinoscopy and/or CT imaging would be considered. An Allergist or ENT specialist would be good place to start.
