Lymph nodes likely: It is possible to feel small and tender lymph nodes in the armpit. They belong there and reflect immune activity in the region. Breast tissue drains into this region as well. See your doctor for evaluation. Breast exam should be performed. This might be nothing more than your immune system doing its job but get it checked out. Don't worry. Get checked.
