Lymphadenopathy: It sounds like you have some swollen lymph nodes in your armpits. Lymph nodes can be found all over body inside and out. When they are swollen it can mean many things, when they are swollen and tender it narrows down the diagnosis. Without a full history and physical exam it is hard to say what it could be, but in a 19 year old female I would always be concerned for lymphoma. See a Dr ASAP

I'd Bet It's Sweat: May be small areas of infection.Sweat glands can get irritated or clogged then get bigger & painful. For some people it can become a big recurring problem so best to get it examined if,unlike the other side, it doesn't resolve in a few days.Until then,see if you are sensitive to your deodorant. The topical antibacterial gels with aloe work well but if you sweat a lot you may need something milder.
