No magic: You're looking for a panacea. A magic bullet. They don't exist. Be sure you get enough sleep, have a job or goal that gives you satisfaction, good interpersonal relationships, eat a balanced diet. attain and maintain normal or nearly normal weight. Avoid sedatives, alcohol, and nicotine. Recognize that withdrawal from caffeine is real and you'll go thru a period of fatigue till you're over it.
