Something different: There are other types of anti-depressants that act differently. These may include snri which does the opposite of your energy status such as effexor, (venlafaxine) pristique. Discuss further with your provider on your symptoms.

See below: Lack of energy can arise from untreated depression as well as a host of other medical conditions. See your pcp who can help you find the cause and treat it.
