I had a knee operation bout one n half years ago and now my back hurts more when lying down or any pressure is on it ?

Unlikely they are : related to each other unless you have a large leg length discrepancy. Otherwise, it sounds like it is of muscular in origin as it is sensitive to touch or pressure. If so, it should be self limiting and can be helped with local ice or heat applications as well as with OTC medications. Gentle stretching and light exercise may also help. If it persists, see your doctor.
