My 16-month daughter started a runny nose sun. shes also producing copious quantities of saliva. we presumed both were related to teething. tues i started with a sore throat. wed i started with a runny nose and sneezing. how long to self-isolate?

It's possible both you and your daughter are both dealing wit a virus. Yes,Covid-19 is a virus, but there are also many other viruses. Check in with your both General Practitioner and your daughters Pediatrician. It's also possible that your daughter is teething at the same time. Recommended that ALL children have 1st Dental Exam no later than 1st b'day, preferably by a specialist Pedodontist.

I would highly recommend that you both get tested so you can take proper action - to isolate or quarantine. Been seeing toddlers testing + with just a runny nose or a stuffy nose or teething or a dry cough. In the meantime, stay home while waiting for your results. You need to contact your physicians, too.
