Pic worth 1000 words: I believe most of my colleagues would agree that they would need to see the back of your throat before giving an opinion. If you have a smartphone, I suggest you "say ahhh" while someone's shining a light into your mouth, take a pic, arrange for a virtual consult and then upload the pic so we can see what you're seeing. Altho we can't prescribe, we can give you useful advice.
