Severe pain-mva 9yr ago. what opiod is least addictive? ultram doesn't work. i tried all avenues. what med is least addictive? med not other treatment

None: Narcotic pain medications are not a good solution. They are all addictive, and the body gets used to them in all cases. This means you will need higher and higher doses to get relief. Best is to avoid using narcotics! Work with your doctors to find other alternatives that are less risky!! In most of the world, narcotics for chronic pain are avoided.

Most are addictive: there meds like methadone , may be others that pain management doctor can recommend, but a bit extreme to go from ultram to methadone. I strongly advise to seek other methods
