Facial swelling: Levocetirizine helps only if the problem is allergies. April is a very high pollen time in AL. If itchy, think allergy. If sinus pain, yellow nasal secretions and sore throat, think sinus infection. If you feel infected, AVOIDING antihistamines helps a lot because they slow recovery.
