I've been having allergy and sinus problems and now have swollen glands. what an i do for immediate relief?

Two unrelated things: "allergy" and sinus symptoms are usually long standing , chronic, problems whereas swollen glands are usually an indication of an acute infection, usually viral. Time often takes care of the later. The allergy and sinus may need evaluated by a board certified allergist.
