NO effect on: celiac disease , by removal or not. Removal of gall bladder just based on diseased gall bladder with out stones ,in few may not get relief i, as some times the symptoms may not be from gall bladder It may be due to unknown source . Speak to your doctor , if you are not satisfied get a second opinion , most of the doctors will encourage it.

Gallbladder disease: probably not much correlation. IF trouble eating and lots of pain, get the gallbladder out. EF is low and will only continue to give you problems.
