I read they do a hida scan when no gallstones were detected. but i had an ultra sound showing three gallstones in gb and a small portion of fatty liver. im scheduled for a hida scan wed. does that sound right? im starting to get pain in mid back

Ok to get HIDA: Yes, it’s still ok to get HIDA, they will not do ejection fraction due to stones, but test is ok.
