Could my doctor diagnose celiac disease with a colonoscopy?

Probably not: Celiac disease can be diagnosed by small intestine biopsies, done through an endoscope through the mouth. Colonoscopy comes from the other end (the anus) and probably wouldn't be able to get a diagnostic biopsy of the small intestine.
