Infants cold & cough: Fenistil is an antihistamine, not available in the U.S. Prospan is also not available here. General speaking American Academic of Pediatrics does not support treatment of common colds of viral origin in infants and children with cough or cold medication. Supportive measures such as warm fluid, nasal saline irrigation and hydration . The viral illness has to go to its course about 1 to 2 weeks.
